Executive Assistant (South Bay)
A thriving finance firm in the South Bay is looking for a driven Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a Partner and their direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism and exceptional organizational skills.
The Executive Assistant will receive a competitive base salary in the $115k-$120k range, DOE. Additional perks include a strong discretionary bonus, excellent benefits, paid OT, and a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
The primary responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, fielding phone calls/correspondence, processing expense reports, and assisting with special projects, including creating meeting materials, supporting events, etc.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, ideally within finance. Other qualifications include strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional time management and organizational skills.
