We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in the restoration industry. Duties
- Execute finishing tasks including drywall installation and repair, caulking, and painting to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to understand project specifications and timelines.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately complete finishing work.
- Perform flooring installation with precision, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Assist with other maintenance person tasks as needed throughout various remodeling projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or remodeling.
- Proficiency in drywall installation, frame carpentry, flooring installation, and caulking techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for lifting materials and standing for extended periods on construction sites.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
