Position Overview
We are looking for a detailed, team-player to add to our Recruiting Team. This role covers a diverse range of positions, including project managers, accounting staff, sales professionals, material purchasers, warehouse staff, and skilled trade supervisors for construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruiting process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to ensure a strong fit for the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
- Utilize ATS, HRIS and other systems to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in job fairs to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; prior staffing agency experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of ATS and/or HRIS systems such as Paycom, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing strategies
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain candidate information and track recruitment progress.
This is a Full-Time, hybrid role located in Lawrenceville, GA.
