Home Weekly - Earn 57 - 65 CPM - 99% No-Touch

J&R Schugel is hiring Midwest-based drivers to join their regional fleet. J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers who are interested in being a part of an EMPLOYEE-OWNED Company that treats them with the respect they deserve. Our drivers enjoy great work / life balance, top industry pay, and well-equipped newer equipment.

Top Pay & Benefits :

  • Industry-leading pay structure : earn 57 - 65 CPM base pay accessorial pay

Earn an estimated $1,200 - $1,600 per week

  • Get home every week, or choose to stay out every other week to earn even more

    • Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week

  • Top 50% of drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
  • Onboarding bonus

  • 401(k), and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)
  • Vacation pay

    • Requirements :

  • Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
  • Must have 6 months of experience
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
