The Opportunity
As our Outside Food Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, managing and growing our customer base in the thriving West Michigan Market. This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home while conquering your territory.
What You'll Do
Hunt for New Business : Unleash your prospecting skills to identify and secure new accounts, from school districts to convenience stores.
Grow Existing Accounts : Nurture relationships with current customers, upselling and cross-selling of our delicious product range.
Crush Sales Targets : Develop and execute killer sales strategies to exceed your goals.
Be a Product Expert : Master our product lineup and become the go-to resource for all things dairy and frozen foods.
Analyze and Adapt : Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
What You'll Bring
5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in the food industry
A proven track record of maintaining accounts while aggressively pursuing new business
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
The ability to work independently and manage your time like a pro
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
