Summary :
We're looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals in a thriving retail environment, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, spending the majority of their time on the sales floor to coach, develop, and support their team, while also managing critical business metrics and fostering a positive store environment.

- Enhance Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service to both external and internal customers.
- Ensure Food Safety : Maintain rigorous food safety standards and hygiene practices.

- Proficient in merchandising techniques and understanding of store management operations.
- Excellent decision-making and conflict-management skills.
- Familiarity with all store systems, including POS, receiving, and LMS.
