The J Resort is a full-service hotel-casino with over 500 rooms and wide variety of Slots and Table Games. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation and promotions
- Offering beverage/food to the patrons on the casino floor/lounge and picking up soiled dishes off the casino floor/lounge
- Ringing up the beverage/food orders and waiting for the order to be made
- Delivering the beverage/food to the patrons
- Checking, cleaning and stocking the beverage/self-serve stations
- Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
- Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible service of alcohol
- Complete daily side work
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Cocktail/Bartending experience is preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
