Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform all opening, side work, and closing duties
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods
- Deliver quality food to guests and communicate frequently with both front of house and back of house team members
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and presentation
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the J Resort standard of excellence
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with our guests and other Team Members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skill
- Checks identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol and follows the Nevada Alcohol Awareness Procedures and The J Resort Company Policies
- Keep all surfaces, equipment, and floors free of food and debris
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
