Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Verify accuracy and correctness of figures, calculations and postings of all recorded revenue transactions against original documents
- Responsible for the daily audit of gaming and non-gaming paperwork
- Ensure the accuracy of all gaming and non-gaming documents
- Receives all casino related transaction reports with associated supporting documents
- Reconciles the reports to supporting documents in accordance with established internal gaming controls
- Coordinates with Revenue Manager concerning discrepancies and proposed adjustments to be made to correct the same
- Prepares daily recurring journal entries to record daily activity
- Assists Leads in resolving disputes with audit paperwork
- Compiles all reports pertaining to the daily audit operations and distributes in accordance with the distribution list
- Files all documents and computer reports for future reference
- Problem-solve variances
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Must have strong mathematical and 10-Key skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including good Outlook and Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Must have 1-2 yrs. Casino gaming experience with Slot drop knowledge and experience
- Must possess a valid Nevada Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
