J Rettenmaier USA LP is a leading manufacturer of fiber concentrate powders used in a wide range of products. We're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Schoolcraft, MI team.
Salary:
Starting at $21/hr and Potential for Company Performance Bonus.
Job Description:
- Communicate with internal customers to provide information on shipping status, anticipated service failures, pickup and delivery dates/times and alternate solutions where possible.
- Interact closely with carriers / dispatch to receive information on shipping status.
- Provide support to customer service / sales about service capabilities, rates, and power availability to build and grow relationships with key accounts.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-4 years Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent job experience in an industrial environment.
- Experienced with order processing software, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
