Entry Level Technician - Aeration

We're a locally owned and operated company that's looking for a new team member to help us maintain some of the finest homes and commercial properties in the area. If you're a self-sufficient, friendly, and trustworthy individual with a valid driver's license, a neat and clean appearance (Yes, beards are ok, this is Colorado after all), most importantly a positive attitude and willingness to be a good team member oh and a love for the great outdoors, we want you!

Sure, you'll need to be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in our occasionally extreme weather conditions, but hey, that's just part of the fun. This position is entry level however, we don't want you to just aerate, we have a complete technician training and certification program for those candidates are interested in becoming a turf, ornamental and tree specialist. Our goal is develop your knowledge base and skill set, technicians that complete certification and on the job field training are eligible for pay increases and production bonuses.

But we're not just looking for anyone. We want someone with excellent time management skills, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a stable employment history and most importantly a positive attitude. Bonus points if you know your way around Colorado Springs and have excellent problem solving skills. We are a Second Chance employer as well.

This is a year-round position with opportunity for overtime in the late spring and summer months. You'll even get to help out with commercial snow removal during the winter months. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal, right?

Key Responsibilities:

• Aeration Services: Perform core aeration, overseeding, and other turf management practices to improve soil structure, increase air flow, and promote healthy root growth.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain aeration machines and related equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition on a daily basis..
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, address concerns, and provide recommendations for ongoing lawn care.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed, equipment usage, and client interactions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate services, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Valid driver's license
