We have been retained by our client, a growing Multifamily Renovation Company in the Houston area, to find an Assistant Project Manager. This role will support project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties :
- Assist the Project Manager in managing daily on-site operations and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and maintain organized project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Support safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
