We have been retained by our client, a growing Multifamily Renovation Company in the San Antonio / Austin area, to find a Project Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within the multifamily renovation sector.
Duties :
- Lead the planning and implementation of project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and all other aspects of the project management process.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety protocols.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and handle any arising issues promptly.
