We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal Contractor in the Nashville area, to find a Quality Control Manager. This role will oversee project quality control plans and ensure compliance with federal and healthcare construction standards.
Duties
- Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, including three-phase inspections.
- Identify and resolve non-conforming work to meet contract specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct quality inspections, testing, and manage project documentation such as RFIs and submittals.
- Lead pre-activity meetings and oversee material management and corrective action processes.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
