We are looking for an experienced Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) with a background in Federal Construction . The successful candidate will be onsite to ensure projects are completed safely with the overall safety of all the workers at the forefront.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Overseeing all safety activities on construction projects with new building construction
- Conduct employee safety orientations
- Identify, stop and correct unsafe acts, conditions or processes in coordination with site operations management
- Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses
- Perform other duties as required
