Key Responsibilities :
Quality Assurance and Improvement :
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of patient care records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze data from incident reports, infection control reports, and patient satisfaction surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute quality improvement plans.
