Nashoba Valley Winery is looking to add a skilled full-time line cook. Shifts would, Wednesday 10AM- 4PM, Thursday-Saturday 10AM-9PM and Sunday 8AM-4PM. Candidate would be responsible for line cook duties at our fine dining J’s Restaurant as well as our outdoor fast casual restaurant The Knoll. Responsibilities would include prep work for all food operations, line cook reasonability’s for lunch, dinner service/ brunch service and always maintaining food safety/ quality standards. Proficient knife skills and at least 1 year in the culinary industry required.

- Must be able to stand and walk for periods of eight to ten hours in length each shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs
- At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50 lbs
- Accountable for following and executing all state safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualified canditates will be asked to work a shift in the kitchen to demonstate their skill level.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
