Responsibilities

- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs, ensuring transparency in pricing and timelines.
- Manage the service process from start to finish, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Promote additional services based on customer needs, enhancing overall sales performance.
- Stay updated on automotive diagnostics, repair techniques, and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
- Assist in tire service operations including alignment and other related services as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service management or as a service advisor is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose automotive issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales experience within the automotive industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with auto body repair processes is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
