What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Corporate Development position at J.S. Held LLC?
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree with 5 years of either M&A transaction experience either in an execution role at an investment bank / Corp Dev / PE position or at an accountancy focused on Quality of Earnings analyses. Experience with due diligence for professional services firms preferred.
- Experience in a similar corporate development / M&A role with a strong track record of transactional execution and leadership
- Ability to create sophisticated financial models and presentation materials to support decisions by J.S. Helds Executive Team and Board
- Proven ability to drive business decisions and operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong executive presence collaborative mindset and comfort communicating with senior business leaders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $175000 $225000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset experience training location scope of role management responsibility etc.
