As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you meet with our fantastic customers in their home offering expertise on which equipment best fits their comfort needs. Each day is spent building lasting relationships, serving customers, closing sales and building a path for a bright future.

Hours: Evening and Saturday availability required

Compensation: Uncapped commissions - YOU determine your annual earnings! Potential to earn $200K

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years sales experience required
• HVAC sales experience preferred
• Magnetic personality
• Ability to pass drug and background screen
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• In home sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Good Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent verbal skills
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills Well organized and ability to work independently
