What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assessor position at J & S Inspections Company?
REPORTS TO:
General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Job entails working with Sr. Assessor examining power outages to determine cause of outage and required equipment, materials and workforce to repair outage. Work is as needed and hours vary depending on timing of weather patterns. Reliable vehicle and proper attired required. IRS mileage paid, daily per diem for meals. Hotel or lodging provided by J&S Inspections Company. Smart phone required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Completion of 1 semester of lineman program
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of OH and UG line construction.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.
