What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at J's Kitchen?
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operation process between front and back of the restaurant
- Act as a crew member with hands on duties including but not limited: Host / serve customer and pack to-go orders, prepare special drinks, inventory management, cleaning
- Handle customer complaints
- Answer restaurant phone calls for customer order and questions
- Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees
- Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Qualification:
- Restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
- Passionate and willing to grow
- Basic computer skills
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- Basic writing skills
- High School diploma, or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
