Our client firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate with 4 to 7 years of substantive bankruptcy experience to join their busy Bankruptcy practice group. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) financing documents, handling DIP financing and cash collateral motion practice, and providing strategic advice in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters.
The Associate will draft, review, and negotiate DIP financing agreements and related documents; Handle DIP financing and cash collateral motion practice, including preparation of motions, objections, and responses; Represent debtors, creditors, or other parties in interest in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, with a focus on financial restructuring and secured transactions; Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and opposing counsel to develop and execute financing strategies in bankruptcy proceedings; Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with sound advice on bankruptcy law and related matters; Support senior attorneys and partners with complex financial restructuring projects and other bankruptcy-related assignments.
