Our client is a rapidly growing commercial litigation practice of an extraordinarily successful mid-sized firm. Engaged in sophisticated matters for mid-to-large market businesses they represent, the group is seeking a highly motivated 3rd or 4th year, Big Law trained, litigation Associate to add to their team. Strong experience in matters related to white collar and investigations, securities litigation, and general commercial litigation, required. Construction or Real Estate litigation experience considered a plus.
The Associate will work on a broad range of matters including white collar investigations, securities enforcement defense, breach of contract, breach of restrictive covenants, business divorce, trade secret misappropriation, real estate litigation and construction litigation. An ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required. Superior writing and editing skills required, as is a strong attention to detail to produce pristine work products for partners and clients.

(JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials required. Admission to the New York State Bar required. Compensation includes salary ($185K-$210K) plus a bonus program and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan with firm contributions.
