SUMMARY
Responsible for analyzing the production paperwork and entering the plant inventory transactions accurately and timely. This includes working with multiple internal partners and support of the daily processing of transactions, with various reporting duties.

· Enter daily production, advising management of any issues.
· Understand inventory movements to resolve posting issues.
· Collaborate with internal partners to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Analyze inventory usage and variances; identify root cause.
· Identify errors in formulas and bill of materials.
· Review general ledger for discrepancies of inventory values.
· Be on time and at the job on a consistent basis.
· Abide by all regulations, policies, codes, work procedures, and instructions.
· Follow all safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and use all appropriate safety equipment.
· Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Two years of experience as an inventory analyst and/or supply chain analyst, preferably in the food industry.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) is a must
· Working knowledge of Great Plains and/or Vicinity operating system a plus
· Supply Chain experience preferred.
· Effective written and oral communication skills is required.
· Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
· Ability to interface with various levels of employees.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
