Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Help with bussing tables and ensuring the dining area is tidy for guests.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and assisting with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of food safety and handling practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
