Responsibilities
- As a member of our product development team, you will be working with sales, production, quality control, purchasing, and our product specialists to ensure our products are meeting company and customer requirements.
- Work with product specialists to create drawings and/or verify factory drawings for quoting and production.
- Organize and maintain accurate drawing files for most current product, including assembly instructions.
- Track and maintain inspection report files for all product.
- Verify quality control team are using most current drawings and that all details for specifications are being identified in inspection reports.
- Perform quality control inspections for new product development samples and work with sales team to ensure corrections or final approvals are communicated clearly to all parties.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback and requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product issues during the manufacturing process.
- Other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks and a background in modeling (Associates degree or Certifications preferred)
- Knowledge drafting principles for manufacturing purposes
- Understanding of furniture construction and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and manipulate them in AutoCAD
- Able to use calipers, tape measure, and convert between standard and metric units
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on occasion
- On site work: Greenfield, IN Office (M-F 8am-5pm)
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
