Special Investigation Unit Case Manager

Description:

The Special Investigation Unit Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing investigative assignments from start to finish, ensuring a seamless a workflow and timely delivery of accurate final reports. Work closely with investigators, providing guidance and support to ensure top-notch performance and adherence of client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assign cases to investigators based on geographic location, budgetary guidelines, and cost containment principles.• Take charge of gathering critical information to drive successful assignment outcomes.• Oversee time sheets/invoices from field investigators to manage costs and ensure accuracy• Provide investigative material to the reporting department upon assignment completion. Review and edit assignment reports to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met with urgency and professionalism.• Enter constructive feedback on field investigator performance, communication, and timeliness using the company's shared operating system.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

• 5 years experience as a Desk SIU Investigator, SIU Case Manager or similar client facing support role within the SIU realm.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and data/video uploads.

• Strong case management and organizational skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of field investigators.

• Have an eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
