Qualifications
Minimum five years’ experience in an accounting/payroll designation with a strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
Preferred- QuickBooks Pro Certification
Must pass background check and be bondable.
Must have good customer service and clean appearance.
Must have excellent computer, written and verbal skills and pay attention to detail.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
Must have the ability to prepare, review and understand financial statements.

Responsibilities include: (Under the direction of the President)
-Performs bookkeeping and payroll duties, bank deposits, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks. Manage and update ledgers daily.
-Maintain and electronic and physical account recording system
-Oversee all payroll tax deadlines and filings
-Must comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations
-Prepare financial statements and reports for management
