Technical Production Lead

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Production Lead to join our team at J.T.D. Enterprises, Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the assembly, quality control, and troubleshooting of electromechanical components. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge in electromechanical systems, IPC standards, and quality management systems to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians in the assembly, quality control, and troubleshooting of electromechanical components.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize system performance and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to IPC and ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement manufacturing work processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all production activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., electromechanical systems, mechatronics). Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, good manufacturing practices, and digital fluency.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
