Internship will be from January 5, 2026 to May 1, 2026 in Ft Worth, TX
**end date can be adjusted to Mid March if due to a 10 week internship requirement**
Summary
The Intern will gain an in-depth exposure to the auditing profession and learn more about the day to day responsibilities of an auditor. Interns will work closely with experienced audit professionals to learn how to apply concepts of risk assessment and how to design and perform audit procedures.

- Become familiar of the processes and procedures of the assurance team.
- Obtain exposure on the types of financial statement engagements offered by JTaylor.
- Obtain an understanding of the day to day responsibilities of an auditor.
- Develop personal and professional development goals.
- Become oriented with JTaylor’s practices, policies, and culture.
- Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all levels of JTaylor.
- Manage non-billable time through self-study and self-development.
- Regular and timely attendance
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting or a related field.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Definitive plans for meeting minimum requirements for CPA eligibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Position Type
This is a full-time position. Our standard business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend hours may be required during peak busy seasons.
