The Role: Assistant Production Manager

As an Assistant Production Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds our production process together. You’ll assist subcontractors by ensuring they have the materials needed to bring homeowners’ visions to life. From material delivery to trade coordination, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless project execution.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Customer-First Mentality: Everything you do is centered around delivering an exceptional homeowner experience.
• Team Support: Build strong relationships with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Be the go-to resource for timely and clear communication, both on and off the field.
• Material Coordination: Confirm materials are accurate and delivered to the correct locations—your attention to detail is key!
• Hands-On Learning: Expand your knowledge in all areas of exterior construction, working closely with industry experts.
• Time Management: Juggle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with ease.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A strong work ethic and a mindset focused on teamwork.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (essential for this role).
• Basic understanding of exterior construction (preferred but not required)—we’ll teach you what you need to know!
• Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to having fun while working hard.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
