Production Assistant
Pay: $20-$22
Provide customers with the highest quality exterior renovations to build, restore, energize, and protect our community’s structures.

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team in Lincoln, NE
The Opportunity
As a Production Assistant you will be meeting and helping supply our subcontractors with material for their home project. In this role you will be picking up and delivering materials to different locations and reporting back to the Production Managers. With the tools J-tech provides and your strong work ethic will help you succeed in this role. The correct applicant will have the opportunity to learn all of the trades J-Tech Construction performs, including, roofing, siding, windows, solar, and gutters.
Responsibilities
- Customer first mentality - Putting the customer first.
- Internal Relationship Building- You will need to use your skills at relationship building to support our team of experts and our subcontractors. As well as our customers.
- Communication- Being able to communicate effectively, verbally to our team and subcontractors
- Attention to detail. Making sure that the materials are correct and dropped off at correct locations.
- Excellent reporting abilities - Always staying in contact with the Production
Manager
- Continuous learner and quick problem solver.
- Time Management- Being able to do tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Willing to go the extra mile- Helping customers and your team when needed. We like to go by the saying, “One team, one dream”.
What you bring
- A strong work ethic
- Clean driving record
- A valid Driver's License.
- Basic understanding of exterior construction (preferred but not required) and comfortable discussing with customers.
- Additional languages are a PLUS! Especially Spanish.
- A strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job.
- A great attitude and mindset.
