Senior Program Manager
Location : Pocatello, ID or Idaho Falls, ID office

While applying managerial and engineering knowledge and skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to :
- Provide leadership and strategy for business development and project and program management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams in the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of municipal and industrial infrastructure projects. Project examples sewer pipelines, pump stations, treatment systems, wells, storage tanks, and streets.
- Develop business by building relationships with clients and preparing proposals.
- Prepare scopes of work, contracts, and design budgets for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, operators, regulatory agencies, funding agencies, contractors on project requirements and deliverables.
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior staff such as PEs, EIs, interns, designers, and drafters
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; master's degree desired but not required.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
- 20 years of civil engineering experience with increasing responsibilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable but not required
Salary Range : $150,000 - $190,000 annually / determined by experience.
