Painting Sub-Contractor

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Subcontractor to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to construction and renovation projects. Your expertise in commercial and residential painting, drywall finishing, masonry, fixture installation, and airless paint spraying if possible will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality results.

Duties:

- Complete tasks related to construction and renovation projects, including commercial painting, drywall finishing, masonry, flooring and fixture installation.
- Perform tasks that require a high level of physical fitness, such as working at heights, carrying heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Utilize color theory skills to select paint colors that meet the client's specifications.
- Perform maintenance person duties as needed, including general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Participate in remodeling projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment to ensure even and efficient painting applications.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in commercial and residential painting, drywall finishing, flooring, fixture installation, and airless paint spraying if any.
- Basic math skills to calculate materials and ensure accurate measurements.
- Familiarity with color theory principles to select paint colors that meet client specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that require lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintenance Person skills to complete general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Experience in remodeling projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow company policies and procedures.

This is a 1099 position and based pay is a flat rate. we work with investors remodeling houses or rent ready. we have available jobs ready to start.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Jacksonville, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
