Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in commercial spaces. This role is essential in ensuring that facilities are welcoming, safe, and hygienic for all occupants.
Tentative Work Schedule :
Tuesday and Thursday Evening (6pm-10pm) or (7pm-11pm)
Additional hours are available at the employees request
Start Date
Immediately, paid training is provided.
Duties
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floor care through buffing and waxing as needed to ensure surfaces are well-kept.
- Carry out custodial duties including waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and kitchens - paper products, soaps, etc
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while performing cleaning duties.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- Strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Lives near zip code 48069 (preferably 10-mile radius )
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull between 10 to 50 lbs
