The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, strategic collaboration, and driving brand growth through consistent and impactful communication.
The in-house Media and Brand Creator will focus on J&W Heating and Air Plumbing's marketing initiatives to create a brand and social media strategy that aligns with the company's goal of employee engagement, customer relations, and community involvement. This role will take ownership of the social media and content creation for an established home services brand to manage the company's culture and engage customers within the community.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of social platform best practices, an aptitude to encourage others, positively affect company culture and a knack for networking within a community. This is a strategic and creative role. Candidates who have experience in shooting social content, editing videos, and graphic design are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities :
