What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Server position at J W Marriott?
| Role: Cocktail Servers provide quality guest service, serve beverages to Casino guests, handle cash and credit transactions POS system, participate in fashion shows, participate in other internal modeling programs and participate in internal photo sessions. Previous modeling experience preferred but not required. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters team work and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values. SKILLS/QUALIFICATAIONS: Must be 21 years of age, Must have 1- year of beverage server experience, Must posses a positive attitude and work well with others team members. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Valid Clark County Health Card, Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card & Valid Gaming Card. |
