About the Role:
The Chef de Partie plays a crucial role in the culinary team, responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary school.
- Experience in a hotel or fine dining environment.

Responsibilities:
