SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age,
- 1 year of hotel server experience,
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other associates.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Maintain guest focus while performing duties
- Organizes, cleans and maintains beverage station, side stations and proper storage areas and all supplies that support daily duties.
- Take food and/or beverage orders from dining guest
- Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Company’s standards.
- Depending on the food outlet, may record food and drink orders accurately into the micros system to present to the guest for payment.
- Answer all questions about menu or the Buffet line
- Checks all food and beverage orders prior to serving to the guest.
- Request identification when in question of guest age when ordering alcoholic drinks
- Follow directions and ask questions for clarification
- Perform side work, restock supplies as needed to service the guest throughout work shift
- Associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.

Work is performed in a casino restaurant on the property. Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality. Must be able to work in an indoor environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When near the casino floor, the noise level may be increased to loud. A casino environment typically allows smoking.
