About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at our full-service hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel, while also providing leadership and guidance to the front desk team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role
- 1 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
Work Cards Needed:
- Valid Nevada driver's license
- Ability to obtain Nevada Health Card and TAM Card
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience with hotel property management systems
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room availability, and financial transactions
- Train and develop front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
