Table Games Dealer - Reserve

JW Marriott/Rampart Casino is looking for awesome dealers who can provide our guests with an excellent customer experience. Great Summerlin location!

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Excellent knowledge of each table game type
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Able to deal using both hands
• Excellent Math skills
• Good Command of English language

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE 

• Gaming Control Board Registration

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:  Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Handling customer transactions for “Buy-ins” and markers
• Verifying Fills and Credits to the game
• Notifying Games Supervisors of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during shift
• Take losing bets and play winning bets according to established rules and procedures
• Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.

Work is performed in a casino environment and in other locations throughout the property.  Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.   A casino environment typically allows smoking.
