Position Summary

Provide engineering assistance to operating district sales and field personnel and their customers involved with applying compressors for lease or sale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: may include any or all of the following.

  • Assist operating district sales and field personnel with engineering in compressor application, design, sales quotation, troubleshooting, failure analysis & environmental concerns.
  • Approve new compressor designs.
  • Design and maintain compressor data storage systems that allow the timely application of rental packages to customer’s needs.
  • Design and maintain training materials applicable to the business of compression.
  • Train company personnel and customers in the art of compressor application and operation.
  • Manage or assist with the management of special or large jobs not ordinarily in the scope of the operating districts abilities.

Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related discipline and 1 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

  • Adequate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
