Responsibilities:
- Canvassing and networking for leads
- You will be respondible for taking in-house leads.
- You will meet with homeowners face-to-face who need work done on their homes, inspect their roof and home for needs and problems, provide the best solutions, then either finance, use their insurance company, or take credit/cash/check to pay for it on the spot - same-day decision style.
- You will have measurements in PDF form before you arrive to the appointment and will use an electronic estimating tool to estimate on-the-spot easily and hassle free.
- This provides a challenging work environment where each homeowner will have or want multiple estimates from different companies.
- Once sold, you’ll then process the job for approval with our software and get paid the following week!
