Frac Watch Valve Technician - Field Service

• Perform all JSAs and reports, as instructed by field supervisor or designee.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of J&W Services.
• Ability to operate on a team, and work unselfishly to accomplish goals and direction of J&W Services.
• Competence in API-6A quality manual system and ability to conduct business operations in conformance with all processes and requirements of J&W's API quality management system.
• Ability to verbally communicate and understand job details/directions.
• Check compatibility of all equipment needed to perform job, inspecting condition, dry fitting, and communicating relevant information with supervisor.
• Installs and tests equipment in accordance with operating procedures.
• Maintains service vehicle and tools/equipment. Ensures periodic maintenance consistent with company policy and promptly reports required repairs to service manager.
• Identifies and ensures appropriate tools, backup equipment and parts are available on any service job.
• Maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service.
• Prepares field service orders, rental tickets and customer required documents accurately and completely.
• Willing to travel and work away from home on a regular basis.
• Service and maintain equipment in accordance with J&W QMS (maintenance & preservation of equipment procedures).
• Must be familiar with frac valves (hydraulic and manual), valve repair, as well as the installation process.
• Must be willing to work 12 hour shift (day/night) during frac watch operations.
• Basic understanding of accumulators and greasing equipment.
• Willingness to get better and contribute to the team.
• Must follow J&W company policy at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
