ABOUT THE POSITION: We’re looking for a Business System Analyst who is passionate about supporting EDI environments and optimizing business functions. In this role, you will provide critical support for our EDI and customer portal, including managing configurations, deploying updates, and maintaining system health. You will collaborate closely with business users, IT colleagues, and external vendors to ensure the EDI system aligns with both business needs and customer expectations.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You’ll bring 2-4 years of experience working with EDI (Radley) and ERP (SyteLine) integrations, including mapping and troubleshooting transaction within a manufacturing environment. In addition, you have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or equivalent work experience. You’re skilled in analyzing large volumes of data to identify root causes and implemented structured solutions. You understand the complexities of EDI standards, working with multiple partners to resolve issues related to duplicate demand, past-due forecasts, and integration between EDI and ERP. You’re also proficient in transactional SQL. Lastly, having experience with Radley software (or EDI in an automotive environment), SSRS, Domo, and C# is a plus.

- Providing comprehensive support for the ERP environment, EDI, and customer portal including managing, developing, and deploying configurations while delivering regular system updates
- Staying informed on ERP, EDI, and customer portal capabilities and establishing strong working relationships with vendors and service providers
- Supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs
- Establishing collaborative relationships across the IT team and providing support as needed
- Collaborating to ensure cyber security risks are managed and designing appropriate security controls within ERP, EDI, customer portal, and other business systems

- Leading data management activities for ERP database
- Developing project plans for ERP, EDI, and customer portal-related initiatives and managing projects as assigned while supervising internal and external application development resources
- Defining and ensuring compliance with standards and governance requirements

- Analyzing, designing, configuring, deploying, and supporting ERP, EDI, and customer portal reporting and business intelligence
- Working with business users to define business requirements and designing technical and process specifications
- Designing, deploying, and monitoring integrations between business systems
