We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital team. The ideal candidate has a formal background in graphic design combined with 1-2 years of work experience in social media content creation and management, is creative, highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in an agency setting is a plus. This position reports directly to our Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Senior Social Media Manager.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include :
- Designing and developing engaging social media graphics and Stories aligned with brand guidelines.
- Editing videos and developing Reels and TikToks.
- Designing the look & feel of social media profiles according to brand guidelines.
- Assisting with coordinating photo shoots, including photographer outreach, shot list, and moodboard development.
- Scheduling and publishing approved content across platforms.
- Handling community management by monitoring and responding to comments and DMs.
- Assisting with the management of influencer partnerships, including creative brief development, research, and outreach.
- Assisting with quarterly social media reports.
- Assisting with any other digital department tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications :
