Supply Chain Analyst
- Manage large cross-functional and cross-divisional projects related to changes in the supply chain and operations including driving end to end operations’ digitalization and process improvement projects.
- Document strategies and standard operating procedures and flow
- Develop supply chain network design in collaboration with Global Strategic Sourcing, Operations and Transportation
- Lead the operations’ digitalization strategy within North America including creating digitalization roadmap, scoping projects, creating project timelines, and executing the successful launch and stabilization of projects. Share, discuss and align with other Wagner locations.
- Analyze, initiate and drive cross-functional and multi-site process improvements.
- Support the lean enterprise transformation including improvements with material and information flow. Facilitate lean transformation workshops.
- Partner with commodity managers, quality and R&D engineering to improve the supplier base through supplier development.
- Responsible for purchasing of component parts from key suppliers.
- Provide back up support for buyers and planners.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business with a technical minor
- 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering or materials management is required
- Prior SAP experience required, with an emphasis on materials management and production planning
- Knowledge of BOM (bill of material) and production routings management and maintenance preferred
- Experience in driving launch readiness processes
- Prior knowledge of effective Engineering Change Management systems preferred
- ISM or APICS certification preferred.
- Experience with international companies a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio a plus
- Experience with programming languages such M, DAX, Java, SQL and Visual Basis is a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or German is a plus
