YOUR PAY
- $65,000/year Profit Sharing

Users of our efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions include final consumers, contractors, and industrial manufacturing companies. The company operates as two divisions, Decorative Finishing (DF) and Industrial Solutions (IS).
- Travels throughout assigned territory to call on accounts, end-users, & opportunities to train and/or solicit orders. Speaks with customers via site visits or by phone.
- Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or literature, and emphasizes salable features.
- Quotes prices and understand credit terms for orders obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of inventory and delivery schedules.
- Prepares reports & business call plans, as well as keep expense accounts.
- Reports territory activity to the supervisor on a regular basis in written form.
- Manages car stock inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Works with sales peers and support teams in the performance of their duties. Timely responsiveness to both management and customer requests is essential.
Works with confidential company information including product design, new product launches, and company financials.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by the hiring manager and Human Resources. Having a mechanical aptitude will be strong consideration.
- Must be in possession of a valid driver's license and can drive a vehicle.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- The preferred candidate must possess an ability to work independently and be goal driven - ability to pursue sales objectives, both overall and specific.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to gain information from clients and communicate the needs and desires to other members of the sales team.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong understanding of sales profit and loss concepts. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while being self-motivated and a good team builder.
