AT&T Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in person on a daily basis to assess business needs, manage complex customer transactions, and address any concerns
- Forge strong partnerships with fellow team members and demonstrate best practices with connecting with new customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business accounts and open new accounts to grow brand visibility and distribution.
- Provide consistent communication to customers regarding packages, services, pricing, and installation to ensure they are knowledgeable on AT&T’s products and services
- Meet or exceed company sales goals while understanding the profitability targets
- Grow, maintain, and manage sales within assigned territory
AT&T Account Associate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, client management, or account management role
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and deductive reasoning skills
- Ability to establish early rapport and trust with new prospects
- Outgoing and motivated personality to drive sales and connect with new customers
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and present products to customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
